Newly Enlightened
Light turned on in my pocket and got very hot but worked fine - would not work after fresh battery! Turns out (I THINK) one of the older Eneloops with vent holes deposited a gray type coating all around and on the + terminal. I cleaned it up and the light works fine. It was not easy to see the coating. I am thinking more then one ended up in the trash over the same thing.
