I just noticed on HomeDepot.com that Phillips now has a CRI 90 version of their SlimStyle. We're building a new house with a lot of can lights and I also avoided full enclosed fixtures as much as I can (code won't allow in in our master closet or pantry apparently) so I'll be buying a lot of LED bulbs pretty soon. I want to try and go with the higher CRI in areas like the kitchen and dining ect. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the Phillips CRI 90 and how it might compare to CREE TW and GE Reveal.
On a side note we're trying a flush mount LED fixture in the pantry. I'm a little nervous about the fact I might have to replace the whole fixture if the LED's are short lived but it's inexpensive enough I figured I'd give it a try.
