Is this headlight LED bulb possible?

Hi...I am afraid my knowledge is very limited but I recently saw an LED headlight bulb photograph and I thought "well I can see the LED's " I wonder how they are mounted and are they removable??
The bulb had 24 LEDs and the bulb itself fits an H4 headlight ..Are they soldered on ?? or can the LED's be removed and then replaced by other LED's with the same parameters apart from colour.. Reason for asking is I am looking for Headlight Bulbs LED with a very low temperature colour IE (below 2500K ) I could be wrong but after searching I do not think any bulbs are made with the Kelvin I require ...Any comment would be very much appreciated... Welcome to the board. The answer to all your questions is no. "LED bulbs" do not work effectively, safely, or legally in halogen headlamps -- no matter what color the LEDs are.

H4 headlamps need to use halogen H4 bulbs.
