Is the Spy 007 5000K or 6000K and does it come with a free battery?

Sorry Troy I can't help myself. I would buy the gorgeous Zenith but I'm saving for a 2-cell custom from The Fall Guy (not Lee Majors).

The Spy shown in the photo is for comparative purposes - the Spy sold a few months back.
