Capacity of JSB-123 3V nominal RC123A?

What's the capacity of Burly's 3V (not 3.7V) rechargeable RC123A cell? I couldn't find it anywhere on JS Burley's site.

Also: How much current can it draw without cutting off?

When I had my pair I did a runtime test with one of my lights and SilverFox said it sounded like they were 200mAh capacity. Cutoff seemed to be around 1 amp for the pair.

That's less than a third the capacity of 3.7V rechargeables. No wonder that in the maker's spec tables, this is the ONLY cell or battery for which they've left the capacity column blank.

Self-discharge is about 4 to 9 times worse, too, at 10 percent a month.
