Nichia CS, how much power can they take?

I'm wondering how to estimate how hard I'm driving my nichia CS LEDs if I've got 3 in parallel using 3 AA batteries. I've done testing with my mA meter and it seems like they are in the 60mA range but I don't know if my readings are accurate.
