Hi,
I have a c2 prime and was very pleased but this evening the light stopped working. Changed the battery, same result, opened the head and found this :

The red wire isn't soldered anymore.
Not a big deal, easy fix but the soldering seems fragile.

What did you use to loosen the bezel? I haven't found a way to get a good grip on mine.

Please contact our customer service via email [email protected].

Seems there is something wrong with this C1 as well :( 2 for 2 and plus I had a third one with some work done that is missing its lower modes now. May just get a refund. Tiara's seem to be ok so far, but no luck with the C1 unfortunately. That is a 3 for 3 streak of issues.

My hand only. It wasn't really hard to open.

My goodness. Either you have superhero like grip strength -- or more likely -- Armytek failed to properly tighten the bezel (along with making a cold solder joint). Either way, it's good to get a look inside the head. Fixing it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks and good luck.

I will forward this message to the technical department to pay attention to this point.

I think the Prime C1 Pro may need a stronger spring in the tail cap. With the magnet installed on the tail, and an 18350 battery installed, and the output at medium, high, or turbo, the flashlight will shut off when I attach it to a metal surface. It will do the same thing if I strike the flashlight against the palm of my hand, tail first. I can't get it to shut off if I strike the bezel against my palm, or against a table top.

I hope Armytek doesn't respond like this, "Prime flashlights are EDC lights and they do not need more recoil resistance for their purposes. We have tactical flashlights such as the Partner series for this matter."

Hi there!
Please describe your problem to the service and make a video of this situation for us if you can. Because we have never faced this problem, it is rather strange, and the problem is not in the spring or magnet.

If Armytek requires a video for every technical issue or question, they need to make the process easier and hassle free. They can begin by providing for video upload directly to armytek.com.

Walking dog tonight with my new Wizard, Viking, and Prime Pro AA.

My Prime Pro AA is stuck on Turbo or Max. It will turn off and on with single click. Any other multiple clicks or holds from on or off does nothing. A hold from off longer than about 10 seconds turns off on release.

Anyone else have this happen?

Any ideas to get back other modes ?

Tried different battery.

One long press I felt a vibration, and heard a high pitch whine.

Help please

Prime C2 is dead

Hello Armytek. I've been testing out some of your lights. I noticed a few issues, small quirks. But the Prime C2, that I've been carrying regularly and enjoying has died. It was showing wierd quirks, like a delayed response when activating, stepping down to lower power levels after 10-15 seconds of runtime etc. As of yesterday it now turns itself off, from any mode or power level, in a few seconds. Turns on for a second, but then shuts off. I pulled the battery and see no signs of damage or anything obvious causing the issue. Any advice would greatly appreciated.

Re: Prime C2 is dead

You may have one of the C2's that was "recalled". They had some that have issues. The newer versions are supposedly better. They will make it right. I have two C2s. Supposedly newer versions and so far not a issue at all.
