    Question regarding brightness/boosting etc

    Will running higher quality AA rechargables (700-800mah) up the brightness on a LED running off a boost driver? Not seeing the output I want off some Duracells and considering taking the pricey plunge into running 9 14500's... Any recommendations? Efest? Keeppower? Trying to not spend $100 on 9...

    I actually found an adapter for series to get closer to the 12v. I'll see about breaking down the last part... not quite sure how to get to the button/driver or lack there of. More to follow tonight I suppose!

    Finally actually found a series AA-d Cell adapter so!, I'd be able to run 9 AA batteries in place of the D cells.. So then, would I need a boost driver or could I just get a 12v 70.2 and let her ride? Don't mind buying the boost.
