    Meaning while it's pulsing you think that there is only a current while it pauses at a specific volt? Wouldn't that make it not CC? It doesn't make sense why if while off the charger the multimeter reads 3.85v, on charger it jumps so high and so low voltage wise. I only have this $5 meter...
