    When I got the S2+ Ti I knew it was going to be one of my favorites. I would LOVE if Malkoff would offer an MDC HA 18650 unshrouded in titanium to go with the VME head. I’m dead serious please ask him about it. I’ll go ho-ing around Reddit and BLF and digging up interest.

    When death pulls my Malkoff/Surefire/HDS from my cold dead hands! I really don’t collect, when I find I don’t use something g I give it away to my boys. I just gave away my Convoy T4 titanium to my bro Andrew last night. Him and Ruben will give it a good thrashing so I can see how titanium holds...

    Yes this! I usually go for Nitecore cold weather 18650’s but for durability have been getting Fenix ones due to the steel shell construction and short circuit protection.

    Don’t buy Alkaline, Duracell is one of the better brands I have used but now it’s all Nimh or lithium primaries.

    I had a Maglite that had Duracells leak in it. They cut me a check for $50 a coupon for free batteries and a pamphlet on how to prevent corrosion.

    I have that drop in in my MD2 and my Pocket Malkoff, That McGizmo Combo looks sooo good 😫 I’d DLC coat them black though. I just bought some titanium Convoys to do just that. I have been using a T3 (single 14500) and F4(double 14500) at work as a mechanic to see how they hold up and they’ve done...

    Malkoff Picture Thread

    living the unshrouded life. Small one is a MDC HA 1CR123 with an unshrouded barrel, stainless bezel, and SST20 4000K 95 CRI LMH (a HA2AA head so 3.2V max) head. Larger one is a MDC 18650 unshrouded barrel, LMH 3.8-9V SST20 4000K 95CRI head. Love the tint on these two, like sunshine in my pocket!
