    MagLite upgraded to a Rebel!! (pics in post 34)

    Thanks Burgess, unfortunately our local Walmart only had the one 3D Rebel I bought, and it was of course black. I also checked at Lowes and they did have the 2D Rebels, also only in black, but no 3D's.

    I got a 3D Rebel today at walmart and just tried it outside against a 2D Rebel and it appears to me to be just a little brighter and throws just a little bit further, nothing spectacular. I'm sure the 3D has a longer run time which will be a plus. The 3D has 091 on the led as opposed to the...

    The Walmart I bought them from for $10.00 had them in a maglite display case with the sign saying they were 33.28 now $10.00. The receipt states under each $10.00 charge, "was $33.28 you saved $23.28". I just came back from Walmart and the display case is gone, but they still had one left...

    I bought two complete 2D maglite LED's today, Walmart has them for $10.00 each here. Are they worth $10.00 ? They blow the mini-mag LED away from what I can see. I know they are not meant to be the same, but the 2D cell gives me a little more to hold onto. I think this is a good price for...
