    I had the same problem and returned mine. Actually the light failed me when I really needed it on a hunting trip. I have a Surefire in my pack now. It's not as many lumens, but I know it will work when I need it.

    Your not the first person I've heard complain about their customer service. Sad they don't honor their "No Hassle Warranty" Until I start seeing reports of better warranty service I will not buy one of their products. Sad because I was just checking out the new headlamp and it does look nice.
