    HID spotlight I made for my friend. need opinions

    I have similar shield on my H4 HID kit - it blocks the light to reach the reflector and blind the opposite driver on low beam.

    HID burn times?

    My observations are that lower than 9,2V some kits start to flicker which is dangerous for the ballast and must be stopped at once.
