    So my perception that the 65w Osram Rallye H7 is slightly more glaring than an ordinary H7 may not solely be due to the increased overall light output. Are there H7 bulbs with a higher peak luminosity in the center of the beam without throwing more light everywhere? Is this what the +XX bulbs...
