Web says that turning the key 45 degrees activates the electronic trunk release. Turning 90 with a lot more resistance opens the mechanical release.

Some sockets are directly connected (through the fuse block) to the battery. However, a majority are now switched on with the ignition. You won't be able to charge that way, if it is.
Is your hood release electronic? No other way to get it open?

Unfortunately, mine just started having problems while on a trip. A search brought up this thread. Has everyone been working directly through OLight or through their dealers?

Left my light on until it cycled into medium and wouldn't go any higher. Dropped it on the charging base and it took about 3.75 hours to turn green. This is connected to an Anker charger capable of 2.1 amps per port.

Got mine today. Nice light. Battery was extremely tight. I had to smack it with my palm hard to work the battery out. Took out the hologram battery polarity sticker and the battery now slides out nicely.

In post 101, I had app version 0.98 and fw 1.05 on the Android side. Since then, I had a firmware load and I am at app 0.98 and fw 1.09.
What is your Dec 3rd fw version?

Never mind. I posted that the firmware did not go through the update process when the app updated on mine. Mine showed the correct version, so it was suggested that I just missed the update. It seems to have picked this connection to push the version of firmware that was already loaded.

My app just pulled own a new firmware. This must be decoupled from the actual application updates. Wish there was a change log.

I definitely agree that the charging cycle doesn't measure true current and is time versus setting. As long as that current is reasonably well calibrated, I am OK with it.
Discharge seems to be measuring something. My channels 1-3 are fairly close to each other, while my channel 4 has ~5%...
What are the current versions?
Mine did not go through the firmware update described.
My revisions are App = 0.9.8, firmware 1.05.
