Unfortunately all of the pictures are dead links now. More pictures in my website but basically it's a 4 XP-L HI setup on 26mm optics for some decent throw (still no HID beam).

That 1" aluminum "puck" weighs a lot, if it were copper at ~3.54" diamter x 1" thick = 9.84 cubic inches x 0.324# / cubic in = 3.18 pounds on the disc alone! Making it thinner would help weight but then make it harder...
