LEO Duty Light
I have been using the Dereelight DBS MC-E on duty since it came out and haven't had a problem at all. The only thing I run into is getting good quality batteries. Tiablo A8 SSC P7 flamethrower
What driver would you recommend that would fit in the MRV? I use the 18650's in all my lights, so I think a driver around 1.8mAh would be best with longer runtime and brightness. Am I right in my thinking? Should I just buy an emitter, or do you suggest the base too? I'm reading and looking...- funeralplanner

Tiablo A8 SSC P7 flamethrower
If I put a P7 in a MRV without changing the driver, what kind of output would I be looking at? I have an A8, but I really don't want to change it, as I use it for duty. I have upgraded the LED in the MRV once, and it wasn't bad. I just really don't understand all the driver/no driver stuff.- funeralplanner

Huntlight FT01XSE XR-E Cree P4 HAIII Black
Thanks, I checked out those others, and I think I'm just going to stick with the huntlight. If the cree is the same quality as the other lights, I'll be more than satisfied. I just don't understand the decrease in light with the 18650.- funeralplanner

Who has this light and what do you think? I'm a LEO and I'm leaning towards this light. I have the other FT01 lights and love them. This light got a great review too. I tried the search, but it wouldn't work for me. Thanks for the help.- funeralplanner

Huntlight FT01 Help
I tried that. Nothing with the 123's either. It even smells burnt. I didn't know reverse polarity would hurt a flashlight. I'll try placing a bit of solder on the spring.- funeralplanner

Wasn't paying close enough attention when I put my 18650 in tonight. Put it in backwards and now....nothing. What burnt out, and can I fix it? Are the switches covered under warranty? Had one go bad today as well. Thanks for the help.- funeralplanner

What kind of rechargable batteries do you run in your huntlight? The web says you can use a 18650 but wasn't sure if a protected cell would fit. Is it as bright or brighter with 2 cr123? Thanks for your help- funeralplanner
