    Small AM / SW radio receivers

    I purchased one from Radio Shack several years ago. At the time all of the units sold were Sangean with the Realistic label. It is still working great and has been loads of fun. They have basic models and ones with several bells and whistles also.

    Coleman Northstar electric - does anyone have this?

    I run mine off of a 12vdc gel cell for even longer run times. Haven't had any problems with it. Great lantern..of course not nearly as bright as the propane but less of a hassle.

    I second ikendu on this one. The PT Attitude is an awesome little light. Mine goes with me everywhere.
