    High Current Boost Driver

    The First of these drivers, SKU 1406, will draw sufficient current to put out 900mA (or therabouts - hard to get accurate readings with my equipment) BUT it needs to be fed at 1.5v+ to do so. Feeding the driver with a benchtop power supply @1.5v draws 3.5A (maybe more, power supply limit)...

    Yeah, I'd go with a Fenix, either the L1D or the L2D. If you can afford it, gor for the upgraded rebel versions (+$10 or so). I have a L2D and it's awesome, can't really get better value.

    The title says it all really - I'm looking to put a custom head on a Fenix L2D CE and I don't really know what I'm doing! What sort of reflector will give me the most throw?
