I hate my HID flashlight - help needed!

Hi, and thanks for fast reply. Unfortunately I am pretty sure that the problem lies in the battery pack itself. For one of them, I have a spare battery, and that one is empty as well just by sitting in the carry case. Im not sure if it lasts any longer than the one inside the HID flashlight...

I hate my HID flashlight - help needed!

I can't post a photo, but maybe this link will pass http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00A7RMUOA/?tag=cpf0b6-20 The reason I say I hate them is because they got me angry so many times when I needed them and the battery inside...

Long throw hot spot! Looking for upgrade 2 years later...

I own 35W "Tactical" HID flashlight just like all these 40cm long Chinese 35/50/65W HID flash lights. Similar looking to this one http://cgi.ebay.com/65W-HID-Xenon-Torch-Flashlight-6000LM-Spotlight-7800mAh-/280712818513?pt=US_Flashlights&hash=item415bc9af51#ht_5918wt_1163 Mine does some limited...

Can you see the beam of your blu ray laser?

You can see 20mW when beam is comming towards you in dark room without extra smoke. The more smoke, the better. 100mW - no problem seeing in the semi dark room. 200mW will tell you very soon :-)

50mW Black Dimple Green Laser Pointer High Powered Diode

that's pretty crazy that Amazon.com would sell class 3b power pointers to USA when even dealextreme and kaidomain based in China don't do it anymore. Ebay has gotten very strict too wit anything over 5mW. hey, grab them while you can i guess..

Question on Lucent Envee 120mw(more of a safety question)

yes, You have to use common sense, with these things as much as all the safety info you can read about online. Staring at the dot of 120mW on whiteish wall is not most pleasant thing to do anyway as it will hurt you and you'll know it right away. Your eyes are quick to protect you from such...

Question on Lucent Envee 120mw(more of a safety question)

Your laser already have IR filter, you shouldn't need to be worried about IR leaking in any damaging levels from 120mW level green laser. Specially bouncing off the wall, IR will be in such small amounts and spread out that practically insignificant amount will be getting to your eyes. I would...

Practical reasons for owning a laser?

..and hostile UFOs :poke: I use lasers as flash light (when i spread beam slightly with manualy focusable front lens), and as distance check in thick fog. Flash lights just don't cut it as they make fog glow and light disperses in fog within few meters. With laser, it can penetrate further and...
