Reason 21 why you should always carry a flashlight

A fire marshall could have a field day with that...non-working emergency lighting is a big-time fire code violation, esp. in a public building...That's definintely something worth addressing....Good thing you had your lights!:goodjob:

    Intrinsically safe lights...

I would like some recommendations for some good instrinsically safe flashlights, LED or incandescent, high-end or otherwise. I already have a Pelican Stealthlite and I know Pelican makes some IS incans...I was just wondering if their are any others I have overlooked. Reason for looking is that...

    mag upgrade

I've had good results with an XPR103 bulb (from Radio Shack) in my 3D Mags running off of 4 C's - my first " drop-in mod" that I came across while searching the forums... Not really sure on actual measured brightness (even though it does seem to put out as much as G2 w/P60) or runtimes...

    Good "Throw Away" Knife

For about $20 or so you can get a Ka-Bar Dozier Folding Hunter. It's considered one of the better "cheap" knives out there. Also, the Kershaw Vapors are considered a good value in the $20 range and can be found at Wal-Mart.

    Flashlight for a paramedic

Well, I see I'm a day late and a dollar short on the flashlight recommendations...:ohgeez: I, too, was a street medic (NR EMT-Paramedic) for 13 years. I still have my all of my certifications and state liscense but I've kinda retired from the ambulance business - I now do offshore safety (aka...

What is the total retail value of all your flashlights?

I see I have some serious spending to do...:p Arc AAA - $25 Surefire G2 - $35 Mag 3D - $20 I have a few others like a Pelican Stealthlite that was given to me at work, and another Mag 3D that was a freebie...I also don't count the SL Stylus and Infinity Ultra that I gave to my oldest son...

    Suggestions please....

Where can one get one of those G&P or BOG 3-watt drops in for a SF G2? Sounds like something I'd like to try...Is this a simple drop-in mod or is there more involved? Thanks in advance...

Does anyone discount the Arc-AAA Premium Edition

Never seen them discounted anywhere ( but I could be wrong, which I occasionally am)...Maybe try B/S/T or ebay? Regardless, buy one anyway...this is one little light that is worth every penny...I've carried one for over two years and it's still going - would never consider not having it with me...

could y'all update "The poor flashaholics top 10"?

I have 2 3D Mags at home...Is this just a simple drop-in mod? Sounds like something I'd like to try when I get back in. Would adding a glass lens make a difference too? Are there any other simple 3D drop-in mods? Thanks in advance...
