From what I'm seeing on YouTube the TruckLite version of the Philips would be best as Philips chose the blue side with 6000K while I think TruckLite is 5000K but at nearly $500 each that's just way too much.
NEVER EVER install LED's for factory DRL's. Not only is it illegal to change the bulb type but the factory PWM dimming for DRL's will cause the LED's to high frequency strobe at full brightness blinding and possibly causing seizures for other drivers.

Since no one wants to make decent LED's below 6000K I would personally put a bunch of 4300K HID floods on it. They used to be commonly available before LED's took over.
HID's don't usually "burn out", they dim over time. If they're dim it's time to replace the bulbs. RockAuto is usually the cheapest, be sure to get genuine Philips or Osram. Not some aftermarket.
