    Walther RBL 1200

Hello! I did not find much written about this series of flashlights here so I will post a small conversation with a fellow who provided me with some details that were left out in the product descriptions (I actually couldn’t find it anywhere on any site that sold the RBL-models). The...

The most powerfull light in the universe!

As Scottiver said, that is not possible. However, as I mentioned in some other context... being close to an "incident" out there is entirely possible. Lets focus away from the "2012-doomsdays-scenario" and such and let us instead see things from the positive side - that either we are lucky...

A very quick question about TK40

Thanx, Locoboy5150, for that comment! And that is , as you say , "the big thing"... the highest perfomance possible on the highest level! I mean... it shines "pretty" good right now on highest but... cant wait until I load it with Eneloops and with all the other advantages those come with :P...

The most powerfull light in the universe!

In any case.. its safe to say that the potential aliens in that galaxy where this occured got their own BIG lightshow... and sorry to say.. it might have wiped out some of those worlds too depending partly on distance to the "epi-centre" and the directions of the cones (or potential shapes) of...

A very quick question about TK40

Is there any difference to NiMH and eneloop or is it just a different "brand" so to speak within the same category?

A very quick question about TK40

John: I see what you mean now. Still being a layman when it comes to these things.. thanx for the info. Yea, it sure is a financial and functional deal to buy those rechargebles and a nice charger for my TK40.

A very quick question about TK40

Hi, John! Wasnt the drain solved by turning the bezel 2,5 rounds - disconnecting it from the "connection-drain"? (which I always do when I leave it off for 2-3 days).

The most powerfull light in the universe!

As an ignostic I can honestly say that this "incident" would be pretty close to something like that , yes  I mean.. this almost goes beyond words when it comes to describing the power that must have been unleashed there at that far distant place!

A very quick question about TK40

Thanx for the answer, Bubu. It would make sense in my mind too when reading the "data-numbers" in other threads about this issue. If any one have actually seen any increase in "eye-light" and with what brand - plz do tell.

The most powerfull light in the universe!

Well, I havnt searched for the topic but here I go and let you all know that there are some serious explosions going on out there in this universe we live in: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GRB_080319B "The GRB's redshift was measured to be 0.937, which means that the explosion occurred about...

A very quick question about TK40

Hi folks! Im currently using ordinary alkalines in my TK40. To those other owners who use NiMH batteries of any brand - is there to "the eye" some advantage in the light output? Does rechargable batteries have any advantage against alkalines in the TK40 (except for that they can be recharged or...

I just wanted to write about this and ask if anyone in here know any more info on this new (?) type of upcoming battery? Could it be used in flashlights? What is your opinions on this matter? And yes, I did search for it on CPF before posting this thread. Link...
