Is there 18650 with both +/- on same end?

Hello, I have a bicycle light from Serfas which is using 18650 battery but a custom made. It has both pos/neg on same end and price from Serfas is very expensive. Just wondering if there are any like this out there for reasonable price. Here is the picture to show how this battery contact...

Hello, I am just wondering, How much 'amp' do you guys use to charge your batteries? Is it safe to charge at 1C rate ?
