    Thanks for the valuable input. A couple of days a go I ordered the Malkoff MD2 hi/lo with M61. I have never spent this much on a flash light, and was second guessing myself.

    Storing Flashlight In Car

    I live in the high desert. Summer air temp up to 110F, winter 20'sF. Vehicle is parked outside. I would like to keep a flashlight year round in car without batteries leaking and destroying my flashlight. I would like to keep the batteries in the light if possible. How/can I do this?
