News is in Dutch.
Can't read Dutch?
Bad luck.

okay, let me help you. Or use google to translate.

roughly it comes down to this:

Eindhoven, Netherlands.
The military police have taken into custody five men who had been shining with a laserpen aiming at an Apache helicopter near Eindhoven Airport.

The Dutch military police got a message Tuesday around 10 pm that an Apache had been aimed at with a laserpen.

The crew of one of the helicopters spotted the offenders with the aid of night vision.

The men were questioned and released later.

I'm surprised they were released. We just had another fool get 3 years in prison for doing that.

We've had two incidents in a week in Columbus.

September 21
A 22-year-old Ohio State University student committed a "stupid act" when he aimed a laser into the cockpits of a medical helicopter and a police helicopter from his Downtown apartment early Sunday, his attorney said yesterday. Police cited state law in charging Shapiro with two counts of interfering with the operation of aircraft with a laser. The second-degree felonies are punishable by up to eight years in prison.

On September 14
Two men were arrested on felony charges of pointing a handheld laser into the cockpits of two commercial airplanes approaching Port Columbus and a police helicopter. Dennis J. Smoke, 45, of Fairfield County, and Levi M. Milstead, 19, of Seneca County, face the same felony charges as Shapiro. http://www2.nbc4i.com/cmh/news/crime/article/green_laser_aimed_at_rescue_chopper_arrest_made/23495/

Maybe, just MAYBE... you don't want to point a laser pen at a helicopter gunship, crammed with detection equipment, piloted by trained observers, and armed to the teeth with missiles...

Hah hah - now there's a thought. Ship over a bunch of laser pens with "Danger - do not point at helicopters" written in Afghan on them, and modify missiles to home in on 532nm. That would end the war in about a week.
