Can anyone recommend a good, high quality .5mw red laser pointer?

I'm looking to buy a laser pointer for my cat. To feel totally comfortable using it for this purpose, I want the safest possible laser, so I'm thinking a .5mw is the way to go (thoughts and opinions on this are welcome).

Can anyone recommend me a good, high quality, rattle-free .5mw, 1mw max red laser pointer? I don't mind spending $25 or so if it's a good one.

I don't think they sell .5mW ones. That is way too low power to do anything. In my opinion, just get. 5-10mW one.

It is always an exciting moment to play laser with cat. You'd better choose a green or red laser pointer 5mW with IR filter, and it would be a nice and safe choice for you.
