HL-23 throw?

Hi gents I am looking for a 1xaa headlight and the Hl23 was suggested. I was wondering if the 50 lumen medium setting has enough throw to jog with. the 150 lumen setting will chew batteries a bit much. I am replacing my Petzl Pixa 2 2xAA worklight which lumens setting 30 and 80 work well for me but its too heavy and bounces around too much for running.

Cancel the above gents just saw the beam in action. Its a bit broad for me. Does anyone know of any 1xAA with more more throw and a decent medium setting?
