Kyocera makes kitchen knives with the blade made entirely of zirconium oxide. They have the standard version or double heat treated HIP premiuim version (black blade).
They say it is good for cutting vegetable, fruit and boneless meat, but not to be used for cutting frozen food or bones.
Anyone used this stuff? Any good?
