UltraTac K1 Query

I just picked up an UltraTac K1 Keychain Flashlight. According to the specs, it can use various AAA cells of 1.5v or 3.7v. What I cannot find is any information relating to the difference in brightness and possibly run time if a 10440 cell is used. Is it enough of a difference to make a difference? My daughter runs hers on an Eneloop and is happy with it. Before I add another battery type to the collection I'd like to know if it's worth doing. FYI, I already have a charger that could handle 10440s. Does anyone know?

I foolishly asked this question on Amazon and the answers were all but useless.

I own one. It does make a difference, but I'd say that realistically it's not a huge difference. Certainly not big enough to start buying 10440 cells just for that one light.

Thank you, @Monocrom, that's exactly the info I was looking for. BTW, how do you like yous? I found the switch took a bit of getting used to, however I find it's certainly bright enough.
