Here are a couple of beam shots that I took a few weeks ago that I never got the time to put up. I figured that I should try to give something back to cpf.
The camera settings are on daylight setting, with automatic exposure which is why I put two lights in so the can be easier to compare. The lights were around 1 meter from the wall.
the new peak 3 LED ultra on lithiums vs newstyle terralux ministar2.
The minstar actually had a much broader spill than the picture shows, it completly covered the peaks beam shots. The lux1 makes the peak look blue, even though the beam is whiter than most 5mm leds.

the the peak vs terralux on wide focus.
the beams shots are slightly overlapping, but it was hard to get them far enough apart for a good shot.(my dorm room is only so big)

the spill of the ministar is much greater, and there was the familiar donut in the beam also.

the peak obliterates it.
