I didn't see a thread on this but think it could be useful.

For my HDS U60 - a nylon Leatherman Wave (or Charge) holster makes a perfect fit. You can even operate it in the holster as there's a hole in the bottom (for the carry-open mode of the tool).

A NiteIze headband holder holds my little Orb Raw exactly.

For other stuff - in the UK they often sell DSL multitools for £1.99 UKP with £10 worth of petrol (gas). Chuck away the tool (it's crap) and you have a serviceable holster. Some consolation when it costs £60 to fill your tank. That's actually more than it cost to fuel a tank a few years ago {:-}

Just ordered a Raw NS - don't know what to put that in, it's too small.

Thanks for the pics, gives me a better idea of what you're talking about! Now all I have to do is a get a Leatherman case for my HDS which I have not purchased yet... you gotta love having an excuse to buy more lights!
