SONCA Flashlights from Hong-Kong, any good?

I'm almost getting this one , but I didn't find any reliable sources and reviews. Does anyone have any experience with this brand of flashlights?

This particular model (191LN) looks like the Nuwai/Ombu series.

It's highly possible that it is made by Nuwai. How much is it? Looks very similar to a Q3, to me. If it's the same price as a Q3, it might be a safer bet to just get the Nuwai.
