RAGBRAI??

Is anyone here riding Ragbrai here in Iowa this year? (for those who dont know, this is the annual bike accross Iowa).

I'll be joining for the last two days. It's just about the right amount of RAGBRAI for me nowdays, after having done the whole ride many years. My first RAGBRAI was in 1980, and I think I've done about 9 of the complete rides so far.

Is this your first? Who are you riding with?

This will be my 2nd time, unfortunately, I am riding alone, no one else could get the time off work.

Riding solo isn't soo bad... it's a good oppportunity to meet folks. I seem to be collecting vintage racing bikes, so I love to meet the folks along the route who are riding these sorts of bikes. It's been a good way to run into all sorts of interesting folks.

The Des Moines Register says that Lance Armstrong will be joining RAGBRAI this year, so maybe you can hang out with him??
