Just got mine 2 days ago..haven't taken it out riding on my bike yet but just fooled around with it.. good light but a lot more flood than throw... which is unfortunately what i was looking for was throw. But it is a very bright white light and i do like the 12 hour battery 
On the other hand i did get my mini mini HID from cmac and i love it.. great throw
