From what I read, BestHK has a reputation for selling good quality LEDs (haven't tried them). They are fairly expensive though but this maybe the price to pay for reliability.

The thing that keeps puzzling me is their price structure or shipping fare. It doesn't make any sense! Why all those different prices for seemingly the same product.
Worst it cost more sometimes to buy one thousand than to buy 20x50 units.
