Cree has links to distributers by state on their website www.cree.com
Arrow Electronics is listed, but I can't find the XR-E on their website.
The other choices are either LED Lighting Supply in Georgia or ETG
ETG Corp is in Los Angeles www.etgtech.com They don't seem set up for online sales. I called as they are somewhat local to me and was told that all they had in stock were P2's (WG color) for $10 each and a 5 piece minium order. I'm tempted, but if Q bins really do come out in January...

I spoke with Amy from LED Lighting Supply in Georgia, and she quoted me a price of $6.15 each for P4 bin, your choice of tint, with a minimum $50 order. They will also mount the XR-E to a heatsink for an additional $1.40 each. That would be OK if you didn't plan to push the XR-E too hard.
