what can I use my 17670 batteries for?

They are 1400 - 1600mah, 2x the length of the 123 primaries, but only about 1/2 the volts at 3.7 volts.
Anyone using these for anything?

they are usually used for LED heads on the E2x platform, or similar aleph bodies.

you can also use them to run 9V lamps in 4x 123a platforms like the M4 or M3+A19, though these are often bored out to accept 18650's.

They work real nice in an A19 XR-E.
The 1x123 needs some kind of a 2x123 body, of course. A Pineapple does nicely.

A 17670 also works in the 2x123 A19 XR-E. The voltage is lower than 2 CR123's
of course. With a 17670, the light isn't as bright, but runs longer.

It works well with surefire E2L and L4 and maintains full brightness too due to the regulator circuit although I've heard that the 17670 my not fit into new style bodies. You should get around 2hrs runtime with E2L and 1hr with L4.

The A19 XR-E (1 cell head) option will give 1hr 40mins.
