Hi Guys...

Here is another effort on my part to send to some other CPF`er(s) a couple of really nice lights, but which are shelf queens in my hands.

Up for sale are these two brass Firefly II`s made by Doug Speck. One sports a CR2 body, and the other has the 1X123 body:

brassfireflyiis0018yv.jpg

I bought them new, and they are as mint as the day I received them...never having been carried and never used, except to turn them on once a year, or so, while sitting at my computer.

These two lights, however, have had an important retro-mod done to them, by Doug himself. When the Firefly III`s later came out, and with reflectors installed...as opposed to the Firefly II optics....I sent the heads of these two lights to Doug to have them machined for reflectors. So reflectors they have, just like the Firefly III`s. The beams of both of these lights are accordingly very, very nice.

The switches are two-stage, and the sandwiches in them are, I believe, the original BB650`s that Doug used for the Firefly II run.

The price: $175.00 each. The first person(s) to post an unqualified "I`ll take it!" in this thread will become the buyer(s), even if other CPF`er`s have questions pending, etc.

The price includes shipping CONUS via insured USPS Prioity Mail, with delivery confirmation. International buyers are welcome, provided that he/she covers any shipping costs in excess of $10.00 and asssumes all risks of shipping. (I also put the full value of the light on the customs form.)

I can accept either cash or CC-funded Paypal. Once an "I`ll take it!" message is posted, we can sort out the shipping and payment logistics via PM`s or emails.

Thanks for looking!

:)

EDIT: The Cr2 is sold. Thanks, Blacksheep!

EDIT: The price for the 1X123 brass Firefly II has been reduced to $150.00

Nice lights,

Can you confirm whether thse are Solid Brass?
You picture is somewhat misleading since they look like the regular Ha-Nat ones.

Maybe my eyes are playing tricks again...

these are definitely the brass fireflys, the ha-nat fireflys were blueish in color.

Hi Guys...

I`m presently having Seller`s remorse regarding the brass 1X123 FF II, so I`m withdrawing it from any sale right now.

If I change my mind later, I`ll crank this thread back up again.

Thanks!

:)
