I'm looking for 3 white, high output, LEDs that I will be using for an interior lighting project, 12 volt, 1 amp setup, . . . wired in series. These will go on a CPU heatsink with squirel cage fan for cooling. I'll also need a used thermal adhesive as this project is the only one planned, and I don't need a lot of the stuff.

Feel free to ask questions.

Thanks!

Few questions...

1. How much light output do you need?
2. What lighting are you replacing?
3. Do you need cool or warmer temperatures?

And as DZ said above, please buy from a reputable seller here.

Thank you, darkzero.

Nitroz,

1. How much light output do you need?

Well, I was planning on getting a transformer, 12v, 1 amp, which I plan on placing on a CPU heatsink with fan. . . a GOOD one. So, fairly bright would be my goal.

Now, . . . the fan is actually a 12v 2 amp, . . . . but I'm betting it will still run alright on 1 amp.

2. What lighting are you replacing?

This is just a project light. . . . something to have fun with, but it could be used frequently.

3. Do you need cool or warmer temperatures?

I'd prefer to have warmer temps, actually.

Rather than the P7, I suppose I could go with six K2 emitters. Which ones would be warmer, from the site provided above?
