LED replacements

I saw a site that they have various LED's to replace yor lightbulb.

Has anyone here ever changed their typical flashlight to use LED's? and if so, what were the results?

To say that members on here have modded some lights would be a huge understatement.

I'd start by looking in the Homemade and Modified subforum.

Maybe I should of put this thread in the mod section. . . . . . and yea some people here surely have done major mods.

OK, From what I've read, being this mod is only a couple min's and that is all. I surely got doubts of what they say, as I think the results would be mediocre at best but I throught I'll post here and see if others have tried this so called simple change to LED.
