How long does the KL4 run on the E1? One member said he only got a few seconds.

Take a pic at an object form a distance (say 20´) comparing the E2(E) and the KL4

No one has done that, and I am sure some of us would like to see that pic.

Great pics FC, Thanks!! How does the L4 do compared to an incan in partial ambient lighting, does it get washed out like the 1W luxeons?

i suspect the runtime on the E1e with KL4 might be 20-30 minutes or so, compared to the 2 hour runtime you get with the arc. probably still better to run the KL4 with an E2e /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Is the Kl4 the same as the L4? And I taught it uses two 3 volt lithium?

Great pics! By the way, jtivat noticed the KL4 ran about 1 second on 3V and then went into dim mode. That probably bugged the hell out of him too.

The L4 flashlight is a KL4 bezel on an E2e body with Z57 TailCap.

The L4 is powered by two SF123A 3V Lithium batteries.

KL4 is the "head piece" of the L4... Essentially, an E2x with a KL4 head is called the L4...

That was my result the first time I tried it then I read others where doing it so I tried it again with a different battery and it worked fine. They where both new SF batteries /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif
