Luxeon Rebel PCB for 5 LEDs?

Does anyone have a PCB already made up for mounting 5 LEDs, kind of in a star formation? (1 in center, 4 surrounding, all in series). And better yet, can I buy them with LEDs already soldered on? I'd like 4 of these, with all red LEDs. Any help much appreciated, thanks. (And yes, I searched the forum already, found 3 and 6 mount but not quite what I want. I guess if hard pressed I might be able to make the 6 mount work.)

Hm, cutter.au isn't coming up for me, domain doesn't exist. Is that their full DNS name, or are they no longer in business?

Ah I just googled them, cutter.com.au. Seems like a pair of the triple Cree XPE boards might do the trick instead of 5 Rebels.

Does anybody sell these in the US? Or is ordering from Australia my only choice?

Yes they do 4 and 7 boards too.

Your in luck. The Sandwich Shoppe has this Rebel board.

By the way, for background, I want to use these to replace the incandescent bulbs in my car's tail lights. One question that comes to mind is whether I should mount them facing directly rearward, or if I should point them to the side, so that their light will be reflected and diffused by the tail lamp optics. They'll be behind the red plastic tail lamp lenses either way, but I can imagine that super bright point sources may not be so pleasant for the guy facing them.

It will host 5 rebels, independently wired to a 1.27mm pitch 5x2 header. It was made to fit this optic from Ledil:

But the outer four LEDs are compatible with this optic as well:

I'm expecting a new batch of PCBs in the next few days. I'm also getting a solder stencil for it, so I'll be able to fit the LEDs (properly) if required. Let me know if you are interested.
