Edit:FM PMed me and is selling me one at a very reasonable price. Thanks for everyone's input.

I need to upgrade my MagCharger to 6-1/2 d's to overdrive a Phillips 5761.

I can think of at least 1 member who has been hoarding these.LOL

Re: WTB:FM MagCharger 37mm Extension Tube.

you need more than 37mm.
6 sub c fit in 4d, they stick past the thread. magcharger basically a 2.5d.
iirc magcharger tube is the same size as d tube, correct me if i'm wrong.

Jesus Hernandez has extensions, i bought one from him a while ago

Re: WTB:FM MagCharger 37mm Extension Tube.

37mm would be enough for 6 1\2d (3d) cells not 6 sub c cells. sub c are longer,

You are right-I meant that I wanted to add an additional 1/2 D cell. Will correct my original post.

p.s. and you will have to use different charger, oem charger is for 6v pack, it wont fully charge 7,2v.

As far as I know each individual cell will still charge to 1.2v.....6x1.2=7.2v.
The charger this light come with does not shut off when it reaches a certain voltage. It take 16 hours to fully charge and continues to trickle charge after that.

If I can't find one of FM's extension tubes I might ask Jesus Hernandez if he can build one for me.Thanks for the help.

These are offered on the bay, are the threads the same for a Mag and Magcharger?

Those look interesting. But would be too long unless I go to 7-1/2 D's and 8.4 volts.I would need an entirely different bulb.I should look into that.

BTW-I checked and the threads on the tails of a MC and a D-mag are the same. The threads on the other end are apparently different.
