Battery confusion and my Quark CR2

I got my new Quark CR2 and I love it. Tiny, fits great in my pocket and so seriously bright. I really am blown away. Batteries, though, are giving this newbie a headache and searching isn't turning up what I am looking for.

1) The Quark can do 3.0v, but not higher as it will burn out per 4sevens.

2) Rechargeable CR2's apparently come in 3.6v or 3.0v

3) Chargers don't always say if they charge to 3.0v or 3.6v

4) I'd like a charger that can do CR2's as well as CR123's

5) Looks like CR123's come in both voltage as well

I can't find any higher mAh (~800mAh) rechargeable 3.0v cr2's other than these (though I hear UltraFire cells are less desirable):

** DX link replaced with SKU.932 - Kestrel **

Looks like this charger will be safe for the Quark and these batteries by being 3.0v, but I can't tell if it will be usable for future CR123's since I don't know which cells are desirable in that battery config - 3.0v vs 3.6v:

** DX link replaced with SKU.2031 - Kestrel **

q1) Is this combo safe and recommended for my Quark CR2?

q2) Will it charge CR123's that are common in CR123 torches or do most of them use 3.6v batteries?

q3) Are there other products you would recommend?

q4) Is this charger a better option or just better marketed? http://www.orbtronic.com/batteries-c...h-battery.html
