Usually i always carry my prevo along with my Car keys, car remote and my key chain SAK. I put them together on a D-Ring and always snag the ring on the belt loop.
Yesterday i realized my PREVO HEAD and the eneloop were gone !! :shakehead
Now i only have the body only, this is SUCK !!! i don't know if i could the head only fron 4sevens, but i will send them email today.
So everybody, please be careful and always check you prevo head and make sure it's stay on it place when you have Prevo set up carry like me !!

edit: i always found my prevo head come loosened all the way down every time i carry it on my belt loop. Maybe it's snag against chair, my body etc.
