Inventor seeking LED emitter expert

Good afternoon,
I am an inventor (idea guy) seeking someone with an in depth knowledge of tiny light emitters. I am developing dozens of frequently used items with the added advantage of a light source. The best candidate can demonstrate knowledge of emitters, power sources, circuits, battery and rechargeable, manufacturing, lenses, reflectors and can assist me with designing the most efficient design for each use. I'll ask you to document who you are and sign both an non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
