A laser I bought about a year ago model RLF18130, 660nm, 200mw<

Bought the laser off best offer buy a while back (so the ratings in the title may be totally off), says it is a class IIIb laser product and I'm fairly happy with it, with one large exception. When fully "focused" on it's adjustable (via turning) head, it's dot is still pretty wide. It certainly wont pop a balloon or light a match. Is there a replacement cap available to better focus the laser into a more concentrated beam? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards
