Hi, I haven't posted in about 2 years and want to thank people for helping me pick out the Tank TK-703. I have bought a few dozen and give them as gifts. People love them.
I had bought them from DealExtreme, was happy - - (cheap price, free shipping, yet long wait).
Today I received an email from www.ahappydeal.com
I looked for Tank Flashlights and found the Tank TK-701. ( http://www.ahappydeal.com/products/product_30310.htm ). My TK-703 is 110 lumens, and I am impressed by its brightness. They claim that the TK-701 is 300 lumens.
Can anyone tell me if the TK-701 is actually the same as the TK-703 and ahappydeal is just wrong about the lumens? Or, is the TK-701 really about the same body with 3 times the brightness?
PS, I do use the Trustfire 10440 rechargeable batteries.
