This one, of course, as well as for XC-skiing, cycling, orienteering, rogaining...

Reasons:
1 Lightweight (165 g with battery pack)
2 Comfortable
3 No bouncing
4 TIR-optics with smooth transition from hotspot to broad flood
5 2,5 h runtime with 550 lm at max

And the main reason: it's of my design :)

Really depends on where I am running. For roads, I like the Black Diamond Sprinter: very comfortable/stable design, rear red blinky, and long (5 hr, I think) runtime. But it's not bright enough for trails on its own. After reading some off the other recent running threads here, I've ordered a Zebralight H600 and Nite-ize headband. Do search out those other threads.

I just went there and sent them a message

1) visit CPF
2) learn about new high power LEDs and what you can get out of a single AAA nowadays
3) improve the product
4) maybe become a vendor on CPF
5) ???
6) profit

anyhow, these things look pretty cool. they could sell a boatload if they partner up with CPF,
and both CPF and knucklelight could benefit
